Sasak" is the name given to the people of Lombok and this tour will take you on a journey to see aspects of their lives. Visit a terracotta pottery factory and a weaving centre to see traditional weaving handed down over the generations. Lunch at a local restaurant at Kuta beach, then continue to see traditional style "Sasak" houses before stopping at Narmada summer palace, built in 1727 by a Balinese king.
Lombok Island is surrounded by many smaller islands called Gilis. Today explore two of these islands, either Gili Air and Gili Meno or Gili Trawangan and Gili Meno by private outrigger boat. Take time to swim and snorkel in crystal clear waters and see magnificent coral and marine life.
