Christmas at Dixie Stampede
A holiday tradition make its return to Orlando. Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show will celebrate the holidays with Christmas at Dixie Stampede, featuring spectacular holiday music, ice-skating, majestic horses, snowfalls and an appearance by Jolly Ole St. Nick himself. The 1,100-seat attraction will be transformed into an old-fashioned winter wonderland with wreaths, garlands, thousands of lights, and a decorated 50-foot Christmas tree.
The 90-minute production is highlighted with a celebration of the real meaning of Christmas, as the story of the birth of Jesus is brought to life with Mary, Joseph, the wise men and a living nativity of live camels, donkeys and sheep. In addition, Santa makes an appearance in a real sleigh, as Dixie's arena is turned into a winter wonderland of fresh fallen snow.
